The actor sports an entirely new avatar in his first film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Reports say that the actor will play a patient suffering from paraplegia, a disorder that results from spinal cord injury and leads to impairment in sensory or motor functions, often binding the patients to wheelchair or bed.
Hrithik will reportedly play a radio show host. Despite being a paraplegic, the character is charming and intelligent.
Aishwarya Rai plays Hrithik’s nurse.
